CANCELLATION & MODIFICATION

‎يسمح بالغاء الطلب او التعديل قبل اكمال ساعتين من الطلب

في حال الالغاء:

‎يتم خصم 2.20% من قيمة المبلغ المدفوع عن طريق (تابي ) او (فيزا)

‎يتم خصم 1.21 %من قيمة المبلغ المدفوع عن طريق (مدى)

جميع المعلومات المسجلة أثناء الطلب هي مسؤولية العميل ولا يوجد صلاحية للتعديل من قبل المتجر

• Order cancellation or modification is allowed within 2 hours of placing the order.

In case of cancellation:

• A 2.20% fee will be deducted from the paid amount if the payment was made via Tabby or Visa.
• A 1.21% fee will be deducted if the payment was made via Mada.

All information provided during the order process is the customer's responsibility. The store does not have the authority to make any changes on behalf of the customer.
