سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال 

•لا تتوفر خدمة الاسترجاع

* ⁠لا تتوفر خدمة الاستبدال للطلبات الدولية ( خارج المملكة العربية السعودية ) بسبب شركة الشحن 

* ⁠لا تتوفر خدمة الاستبدال لطلبات التفصيل الخاصة 

الاستبدال متاح فقط داخل المملكة العربية السعودية

• يمكن استبدال القطعة خلال يومين فقط من تاريخ استلام الشحنة ، بشرط أن تكون :

• غير مستخدمة

• بحالة سليمة تمامًا

• مع التغليف الأصلي (الكيس) وكامل الملحقات

• يُحتسب رسوم شحن إضافية على العميل عند طلب الاستبدال

* يتم التأكد من توفر القطعة المراد استبدالها وفي حال لم تكن متوفرة في الموقع " تكون مدة التنفيذ من ٢٠ إلى ٢٥ يوم عمل " للتفصيل ومن ثم يتم شحنه 

•لن يُقبل الاستبدال في الحالات التالية :

•وجود تلف أو اتساخ في القطعة (مثل القطع أو البقع أو الروائح )

•استخدام القطعة أو فقدان أي من ملحقاتها

•في حال عدم توفر شروط الاستبدال ، يتم إعادة إرسال القطعة للعميل ويتحمّل تكاليف الشحن كاملة .

Return & Exchange Policy

* Returns are not available.

* Exchanges are not available for international orders (outside Saudi Arabia) due to shipping company limitations.

* Exchanges are not available for custom-made orders.

Exchange is only available within Saudi Arabia.

* Items may be exchanged within 2 days from the date of receiving the shipment, provided that:

•The item is unused

•The item is in perfect condition

•The item is in its original packaging (bag) with all accessories included

•Additional shipping fees will be charged to the customer for the exchange

* If the desired exchange item is not available on the website, the production time will be 20 to 25 working days, after which it will be shipped.

Exchange requests will not be accepted in the following cases:

•If the item is damaged, stained, or has any odor

•If the item is used or missing any accessories

•If any of the exchange conditions are not met, the item will be returned to the customer, who will bear the full shipping cost.
